Fees and Insurance

Psychotherapy

My hourly rate is $150 for the Initial Consultation and $125 for each Session thereafter.

There is a $60 charge for late cancellations or no shows without a 24 hour notice. Reasons for missed appointments will be considered.

Kathy Bergeron is a provider for the following insurance companies:

	Aetna
	BlueCross/BlueShield
	Boston Medical Plan
	Fallon Community Health Plan
	Harvard Pilgrim
	Neighborhood Health Plan
	Network Health
	Tufts Health Plan
	United Behavioral Health
	United Health Care

If you are covered by an insurance plan that is not listed above I can be reimbursed as an Out of Network Provider.

Payment is due at the time of each session.
